RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The transaction between you and Kingfish.pro is only final when you have seen and accepted the products you have ordered. This is why you have the right to return all products you have received within 14 days of receiving them.

A product can only be returned if:

  • It is in its original packaging and in a condition that allows it to be resold (the product packaging must also be in pristine condition without any signs of use)
  • It is undamaged
  • It shows no signs of use

Checklist for returning or replacing a product:

  • Pack the product or products in their original packaging (required)
  • Include all the parts, accessories, manuals, papers and other peripherals that came with the product in the return package.
  • If possible, pack the products in their original packaging into the package they were originally delivered in.

Substandard products (out of date or manufacturing defect), we undertake to exchange the substandard goods for new goods of good quality, for other goods of the same price range or for another good on settlement.
- Kingfish will organise and pay for the return transport of substandard goods.

Quality products can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery to the buyer, provided the goods have not been used and the packaging, including all leaflets and labels, has retained its commercial appearance.
- The return transport of Quality Goods shall be organised and paid for by the Customer.

NOTE! 

For your safety, the refunds are only sent to debit card / credit card / bank account which was used to pay for the order.  It may take up to 14 days for the refund to show on your bank balance!
