Shipping and payment
The standard delivery time for products in stock is 1-14 working days, depending on the country of destination (1-2 working days to parcel lockers in Estonia, 1-3 working days to Lithuania and Latvia). During high season, delivery times may vary. Product availability can be seen on the product page.
- Kingfish.pro orders are delivered by Postal service, Omniva, Itella / Smartpost or by DPDgroup.
- Postal service is economy shipping method with delivery to post offices.
- Pick-up points vary by country. A pick-up point can be situated in a post office, a store, a kiosk or an automated self-service locker.
- Order tracking: the customer may track his/her orders via the appropriate parcel label number.
- Depending on the situation, the customer receives either a text message or an email when the order has arrived at the pick-up point. In the case of home deliveries the customer is contacted prior to the delivery so that a suitable delivery time can be agreed upon.

- Orders placed before 08:00 on Tuesday morning will be ready for collection on Thursday.
- Orders placed after 08:00 on Tuesday will not reach the pick-up point until the following Thursday (except for pick-up points in Tallinn, where you will be able to collect the goods on Monday).
- As soon as the order is at the pick-up point and ready to be collected - we will inform you by SMS!
- We will use the mobile number you entered when placing the order to send you the notification.
- Orders will be stored at the pick-up point for up to 14 days from the moment the SMS notification is sent. Orders not collected within 14 days will be cancelled and the money will be returned to the account used to pay for the order.
- Orders placed before 12:00 can be collected from the pick-up point at Reti tee 10, Peetri, Harjumaa on the same day. The pick-up point at Reti tee 10 is open Monday to Friday between 9:00 - 16:00.
