The PLS ice fishing rod is a classic “balalaika” design. This model is recommended for jig (mormyshka) fishing. The handle is made of rigid foam. The STFS ice rod comes with one tip with a total length of 21 cm and a convenient stand for “nod” fishing. The rod can be equipped with a nod. The line passes through the foam body via a special hole with a cambric tube. The reel is of a closed type. A nylon washer under the spool prevents the lock from loosening or tightening when the spool rotates.
