Shipping & payment

The regular shipping time is 1-14 weekdays, depending on country of delivery (1-2 working days to pickup points in Estonia, 1-3 working days in Latvia and Lithuania). During high season the shipping times may vary. The availability of a product may be seen on the product page under Availability.

1. Kingfish.pro orders are delivered by Postal service, Omniva, Itella / Smartpost or by DPDgroup.
2. Postal service is economy shipping method with delivery to post offices.
   
3. Pick-up points vary by country. A pick-up point can be situated in a post office, a store, a kiosk or an automated self-service locker.
4. Order tracking: the customer may track his/her orders via the appropriate parcel label number.
5. Depending on the situation, the customer receives either a text message or an email when the order has arrived at the pick-up point. In the case of home deliveries the customer is contacted prior to the delivery so that a suitable delivery time can be agreed upon.

• POSTAL SERVICE: 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm/ 2 kg
• DPD PICKUP terminal: 35 cm x 35 cm x 59 cm / 20 kg.
• COURIER: Max Package Circumference (2 x height + 2x width + length) 300 cm; Max length 175 cm / 31.5 kg
